Frequently Asked Questions

How do I prove I completed a course to show I have the needed CEU's for recertification?

Answer: All courses taken through Inspector Trainng Academy have been reviewed and approved by the International Code Council and meet the requirements of the American Welding Society if noted. Upon completion of the course you will take a comprehensive quiz that verifies you have obtained the needed knowledge presented in the course to have a good understanding. When the quiz is completed you will receive a certificate of completion that reflects the amount of conact hours and the ICC CEU's the course provides.

If I want to become a partner and create a course, what do I do?

Answer: You may submit the course in it's entirety to and we will review it and ensure it meets the stringent requirements of ICC. Upon completion we will submit it to ICC for consideration. If ICC approves the course, it will receive a course number and we will post it on line. If the course is not aimed towards ICC or AWS it may still be approved, it just will not be able to provide CEU's for ICC or AWS. Inspector Training will draft an agreement with you as a partner, prior to posting any course you may submit.

If I take a course and do not pass the quiz, what happends?

All course quizes can be taken at least two times, unless you pass the first time. Passing scores required for all quizzes are a minimum of 80% which meets and exceeds most listed organizations requirements for CEU and initial certification. If you do not pass the second time, you will be required to repurchase the course to retake the quiz.
